Liquid glass for your Android home screen.
Lumenous is a calm, fluid home screen made of light and glass — built for 1:1 keyboard phones like the Zinwa Q25 and Unihertz Titan 2.
Free download · Full 7-day trial, no sign-up · Android 13+
Not a blur filter. Real glass.
Every pane in Lumenous is drawn by a GPU shader that bends, magnifies and frosts whatever is behind it, then lights the rim like thick glass.
Glass that bends
The dock and tab bars refract what scrolls underneath them — messages, notes, the forecast — not just the wallpaper.
The Hub
Every notification as one conversation card, inspired by the BlackBerry Hub. Clear it in one place and it's gone from both.
Type to do anything
Press any key on Home and search opens. One symbol turns it into a message, call, to-do, note, event, timer or alarm.
Depth, found by on-device AI
Pick any photo and Lumenous finds the person, pet or car in it, then tucks the clock behind them. Nothing is uploaded.
Bubbles that become apps
Controls, Weather, Music, Calendar, Notes and To-do bubbles spring open into full built-in apps, all in glass.
Private by design
No root, no Accessibility access, no ads, no account. Your notifications, notes and photos never leave the phone.
Just start typing.
On a keyboard phone, the fastest button is the one you're already touching. Press any letter on the home screen and Lumenous is already searching — apps, contacts, settings, notes, events and messages.
Due dates come straight from your words — -call bank fri 3pm lands on Friday at 3 PM. Pick each contact's favourite chat app once, and @ always sends it the right way.
Everything, one glance away.
Your messages, plans and quick settings live right on the home screen — in glass that lets your wallpaper shine through.

One home screen. Endless looks.
Text on the glass flips between white and near-black by itself, so it stays readable on any wallpaper. Add lens-smooth blur, tilt parallax, any icon pack and your own fonts.
Built for keyboard phones first.
Most launchers are stretched to fit a 3.5" square screen. Lumenous was designed for it — big tap targets, square layouts, and every list scrolls with the trackpad.
- ⌫Backspace on Home opens the Hub
- AHold a letter to launch your shortcut
- ⇧Shift and Alt latch: tap once, or twice to lock
- ↵Enter opens the top result, Esc goes back
Try it free. Keep it forever.

Help & FAQ
How do I install an APK?
- Tap Download APK on your phone.
- Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps.
- Tap Install, open Lumenous, and choose it as your home app.
Which phones does it work on?
Any phone with Android 13 or newer and a 64-bit processor. It's designed first for square 1:1 screens with keyboards (Zinwa Q25, Unihertz Titan 2) — try it free on yours and see.
I bought a key. Where do I put it?
Your key is in your Gumroad receipt email and your Gumroad Library. In Lumenous, open Settings → Lumenous License, paste it and tap Activate. You need internet for that one moment; after that it works offline.
What happens when the trial ends?
Lumenous still works as your home screen and opens all your apps. Glass effects, themes and imported fonts switch off, and a small reminder appears now and then. Your settings are kept, so everything comes back the moment you unlock.
How do I update?
Lumenous tells you in Settings when a new version is out. Download it from this page and install it over the old one. Your settings and license stay.
Can I use one key on more than one phone?
Yes, a key works on a few of your own devices. If you hit a limit, email me and I'll sort it out.
How do I go back to my old home screen?
Open Settings → Lumenous License → Choose a different home app, or Android's Settings → Apps → Default apps → Home app.
